This tool was developed under National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) project 08-137 as a web application. It is available for use through the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO).

The AASHTO TAM Gap Analysis Tool is designed to help transportation professionals answer the above question.

In conjunction with the AASHTO Digital TAM Guide, this tool provides a structured approach to assess current TAM practices and drive TAM improvement across a variety of areas.
